1. Enquiry and quotation. Send your artwork, size, material preference, quantity and destination. We reply within one working day with pricing, a material recommendation and a realistic lead time. If you are unsure which material suits the job, describe where the product will be used and we will specify it.
2. Sampling. We produce a pre-production sample on the same equipment as the bulk order, so what you approve is exactly what you receive. Colour is matched to your Pantone or CMYK reference at this stage.
3. Production and inspection. Bulk runs are printed, finished and inspected in our Qingdao factory. Batch sampling follows AQL 2.5, and third-party inspection such as SGS is welcome at any stage.
4. Export packing and shipping. Orders are flat packed, rolled or boxed depending on the product, palletised where required, and shipped by sea, air or courier with documentation prepared for your destination.
